Slow, meditative, connective morning free writing
Early morning intentional creative writing to start your day in blissful words!
Everything Thursday morning via zoom in October from 6am – 6:30am, join Vanessa for a blissful, soul-centred writing practice. Vanessa will lead writers on quiet, contemplative writing bursts for 5-7 minutes at a time. Using a myriad of prompts to blossom the morning creative brain awake, writers will let their hands lead the flow of writing from the heart and soul. Writers are encouraged to leave their camera on and mics off, though the choice is up to you if you want to turn your camera off too.
Writers will need: something to handwrite with, something to write on.
This is a quiet practice so the only person speaking will be Vanessa as she leads the practice.
