Laughter Yoga – So Much Fun!

We had another session of Laughter Yoga & Writing at the end of January – on the coldest day in history, as a matter of fact!!! It was a kinda perfect workshop to have as laughing MAKES YOU NICE AND WARM! Twelve of us gathered around the table to laugh and write! We shared in some delicious healthy (and some sweet!) treats and sipped warm tea and coffee.

Remember: the brain doesn’t know the different between real laughter and fake laughter – so laugh away and you’ll burn calories, get your blood flowing and keep your brain active and intelligent!

We will be holding another Laughter Yoga & Writing Workshop in the spring. So stay tuned…and until then – keep laughing!
